研究方向、教学课程

时雨,陆军军医大学全军临床病理学研究所副教授、副主任医师、博士生导师,国家自然科学基金优秀青年基金和重庆自然科学基金杰出青年基金获得者,国家重点研发计划首席青年科学家,获中华医学会“中国病理研究杰出青年奖”和重庆市“十佳科技青年奖”。兼任中国抗癌协会青年理事、中国抗癌协会肿瘤转移专业委员会常务委员,中华医学会病理学分会科研工作委员会副组长。

研究方向:主要从事“脑胶质瘤血管免疫微环境”研究,系统研究胶质瘤干细胞(glioma stem cell, GSC)干性表型调控机制,阐明了GSC与肿瘤相关巨噬细胞(TAM)互作特征和调控网络,发现TAM维持GSC干性表型和调控肿瘤血管正常化新功能,发展了靶向肿瘤干细胞免疫微环境的精准干预策略。主持国家重点研发计划干细胞专项青年科学家项目、国家自然科学基金优秀青年基金在内的国家及省部级课题9项。发表论文50余篇,其中以第一或通讯作者发表SCI论文18篇(IF>20 论文4篇,IF>10论文6篇),他引3000余次,H-index=31。担任SCI杂志Modern Pathology、Laboratory Investigation、Genes & Diseases编委。授权国家发明专利5件。获中国医师协会脑胶质瘤专业委员会优秀青年科技工作者、中国抗癌协会肿瘤转移研究青年英才奖,曾入选国家博士后创新人才支持计划。

教学课程:作为重庆市高校一流本科课程(病理学)团队骨干,承担本科和研究生病理学和肿瘤学的理论、实训和前沿进展课程授课达800余课时,深受学生欢迎,评为陆军军医大学“教学标兵”。坚持基础与临床相结合,启发学生科研创新能力,指导学生获得“全国高等医药院校第二届大学生形态学绘图大赛二等奖”、“全国大学生基础医学实验设计比赛西部赛区二等奖”。加强肿瘤病理学建设和发展,作为导师/导师组成员培养硕士研究生9名和博士研究生7名,被评为“重庆市青年专家工作室领衔专家”。
